The 19th reports that Ariana Ramsey, a US rugby team member, is sharing on social media that she’s making good use of the free access to healthcare available in the Olympic Village.
โ๏ธ She got a pap smear.
๐She saw a dentist.
๐She saw an optometrist.
All things on the list for regular, preventative care.

๐ซ๐ท France spends 12.3% of its GDP, or about $5,500/person, on universal healthcare. That’s one of the highest rates among EU countries.
Yeah, America needs to do better.
